Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late we will not be able to extend your appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we will have to reschedule and we will charge 50% of the appointment. Out of respect and consideration for your eyelash technician and other customers, please do your best to be on time
Skin sensitivities and allergies are extremely rare and your safety and care are of our utmost concern. We use the highest quality products and the most up-to-date techniques and sanitation protocols in the industry. However we are not liable for reaction due to our products. If you are concerned, we recommend a patch test several days before your appointment. Please call to schedule. Refunds will not be issued in the case of allergic reactions.
We understand last-minute emergencies pop-up. However, if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment with your eyelash technician, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. We require 24 hours. Last minute and no shows will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. If you have left a deposit for a full set and cancel outside of 24 hours, your deposit can be carried over ONE time to another spot. If cancelled under 24 hours, deposit will not be carried over or refunded. Deposits are 100% non refundable.
A deposit of $30 is required to book a new full set. This deposit is non refundable but does come off the total after your service. If you would like to make this deposit in cash or e-transfer, please contact us.
Lashes and Lavender does not issue refunds on any services. We are glad to offer a complimentary fix appointment to make sure you are completely satisfied with your results.
To qualify as a fill, clients must return under 4 weeks from initial appointment or in between appointments. For classic fills, we recommend 2-3 weeks for Volume, 2-4 weeks. Clients must have AT LEAST 40% of lashes from the previous appointment to qualify for a fill. Anything less than 40% will be assessed by the technician and potentially charged at a full set if time is permitted. Technician will not be able to just “do what they can”.
Fills from other lash technicians will be assessed on a case by case basis. Because every lash technician is different, work cannot be guaranteed to last if we fill in lash work from another technician. Please contact Lashes and Lavender in advance to arrange an appointment if you are coming for a fill from another salon. If it is deemed that we cannot fill over work from another salon, your options will be discussed before proceeding.
Lashes and Lavender is confident that you will love the results from your service. Please notify your technician of any issues within 72 hours. If it is deemed necessary, we will offer a complimentary 1/2 hour fix appointment. If there is an issue with your lashes, please contact us right away to discuss options. We want to make sure you love the way you look, and we will do as much as we can to make sure you are completely satisfied!
